Inside Out

Pixar Post - Inside Out characters closeup

I am a sucker when it comes to Pixar and Disney films. So when i saw this trailer in the theater i was hoping that this movie was going to be one of my favorites/// and it was. I honestly have never seen a Pixar movie that didn’t tug at my heart or make me ball my eyes out… well they’ve kept it going. Inside Out is an adventurous film that focuses on the emotions inside a young girl’s head. The cast was set perfectly to coincide with their emotion that was given. Amy Poehler plays Joy which is the main character in this film and will have you laughing and rooting for her throughout her journey. I recommend this movie not just for little kids but for any age that enjoys soft and appropriate humor. This film will connect you to your childhood and remind you of the past memories that have possibly changed your life forever. Go to the theater and enjoy the journey of this movie. You will not regret it. 🙂

Mazerunner. Hello Dylan O’Brien.

So, I know The Mazerunner came out like a week ago…but i cannot stop listening to views over how amazing of a production it was. Mystery. Action. Boys 😉 yes this film had a lot of male actors in it..which does not have me complaining. 😉
Going into the theatre I had only seen Dylan in a couple movies but honestly wasn’t expecting much out of this young actor. Man. Was. I. Wrong. He perceived Thomas’ character confident, willing, and out for justice which was nothing that i truly expected.

This film had an intriguing beginning and end. And had you on the edge of your seats till the ending credits. Full of the anticipation that would bring you to a great ending, and hopefully in the future, a sequel.

Questions still indulge my mind today and I can’t wait to find answers in the next movie. Thomas’ raging character and his perseverance to find true answers of his purpose in the maze, has me ready for what will come next.

As far as comparison to book/movie. I have heard that it does not quite match one another. Having not read the book, i still enjoyed the movie and give it a thumbs up 🙂 Definitely see this one in theaters.

You always need an Intro :)

Welcome MOVIE LOVERS!

This is the beginning of a true movie blog. I’ve wanted to do this for so long and finally got the urge to do so. The purpose, if you haven’t already figured it out… is to share to any viewers my personal response and opinions of todays’ films. I ABSOLUTELY love going to the movie theater and criticizing films! I believe it is my true Passion.

Sitting in a movie theatre. Popcorn and candy in hand, maybe a cherry ICEE (depending on how many calories you have already eaten that day, ugh). Just that “movie style” feel you got going…Its absolutely wonderful. You sit down and involve yourself in that trivia question, waiting for that story to unfold in front of your eyes.

Movies create imagination for everyone. Whether it is an action pack, sad girly love story, or a cute pixar animation… it all should connect with viewers and create an emotion for others. That is where I come in… I passionately want to give others a true view of what to see and what to RENT. HAHA no but seriously what to view or what to basically expect when seeing certain movies.

So after all of this cheesy intro… I hope everyone enjoys MoviesNow. 🙂
